The Group advises on a broad range of employment law issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other transactions. The Group provides comprehensive advice to a wide spectrum of companies ranging from local firms to multinational corporations on general employment law matters such as the preparation and reviewing of employment and separation contracts, employee handbooks, terminations, redundancies, transfers of employment, employee share incentives, trade union consultations, non-litigation employment disputes and employment regulations.
